Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Voltspot app (Android package com.voltspot.app), published by Voltspot OOD.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Voltspot app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Enter the confirmation code we send to your email.

Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.

If you cannot use the app

Write to bg@voltspot.net from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.

30 days to change your mind

For 30 days after the request you can restore the account: sign in and tap Cancel deletion. We will remind you by email one day before the deadline. After 30 days your personal data is deleted permanently.

What is deleted

• email address, phone number, name, company name and invoice email
• Google and Apple sign-in links and your password
• saved bank cards
• RFID cards, AutoCharge vehicle links and favourite stations
• your balance (money and kWh)
• consents and the notification token

What we keep, and why

Charging sessions, payments, fiscal receipts and invoices are kept without your name and contact details, because tax law requires it: payment records for 7 years, fiscal receipts for 10 years. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete

You cannot delete the account while a charging session is in progress or while you have an unpaid amount. Money left on your balance is removed together with the account, so if you have any, write to us before deleting.
